Lauryn Simmons was born in New York City, New York and grew up in New Canaan, Connecticut. She grew up playing lacrosse, soccer, and basketball and continued playing lacrosse for 3 years for Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah. She also loves to swim, climb indoors and outdoors, and other active activities. Lauryn Simmons also loves food, and eating healthy is a passion.
